Transmission

New to the forum. I have a 2000 DX Coupe, manual transmission. I have read other posts about bearings, however my vibration seems to differ. The only time I feel/hear the vibration is when I down shift and let the clutch out completely. Pushing the clutch in distinguishes the sound. It happens ALL the time. Does anyone know what this might be and whats needed for repair.
