Rep Power: 171 Does my car not like rain?(Power Lock[not locks])
So apperantly my Driver side door lock isnt working. weird thing is that Maybe an hr ago everything was fine. and it was not raining... anyways i went out to my car and drove to Walmart =P keyless remote locked the doors and even gave the illusion i have an alarm installed =P all was fine. then i come back out of walmart and unlock the car like nothing. always with my keyless remote. then i noticed something weird, idky but for some reason i went to lock my doors, i was sitting inside the car at this time. Turns out only the passenger side locked and unlocked fine. the problem is the drivers side lock!!! so i get out the car and close the door again and try from the outside, with the remote to lock the car... nothing, it didnt even make that car alarm illusion sound. so now i have to unlock with the key, and lock by pulling handle out. really messing me up haha, sorry about the horrible grammer im actually mad right now oh btw it started raining really hard while i was inside walmart.... could the water be the cause of this or whats going on??? help me please.

Your lock actuator is dead
Similar thing happen to me when I went fishing, thought it was the heat
Worse thing about mine, was that it was messing with the alarm too
Since it was unlocked, but alarm didnt sense lock was working, I would open the car, and alarm would go off, and couldn't stop the alarm, because it wasnt noticing the lock unlocking.
Just buy a new lock actuator and install it

I just turned it to valet mode, and drove around with no alarm until I replaced the actuator
If you have a factory installed alarm, I believe you have to hold the alarm button below your dash while starting the ignition, or something like that
Search up how to disable valet mode for hondas
