I was trying to do the less glare DIY for my headunit. I followed the links that a lot of guys here put up to get the parts. The links were to autotoys.com. This place sucks so bad! They are totally stealing my money. Their website says they haven't recieved my money yet and that my order is still processing. That is total bull because my bank told me that the money had been recieved two days ago. Their sad attempt at customer service consists of a "Live Chat" that is never live because it always says it's offline and tells you to send them an email. So you send them an email and they never answer. They don't even have a phone number listed on their website, I had to get their phone number through my bank. When I called this number it was disconnected. DONT EVER ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. THEY ARE STEALING YOUR MONEY!

Never buy from a site that doesn't have a contact number on their page. I always use that rule when I'm buying from an unknown e-tailer. You can call before you place the order to see what kind of service you can expect.

i just ordered a din to keep the stock pocket from them about 2 weeks ago. it was over a week and the status on the order never said it was shipped out. so i emailed them. they never actually replied just sent me a shipping number and that my order had been processed even tho the site said it had already been completed. idk wtf!?

you should go there and see whats up. I hate companies like that. I think there should be some sort of regulation on internet sites that sell items. These people on the internet rip people off regulary and nothing seems to be getting done about it and it sucks!!! big time....good thing the credit car company let u get back your money.

So I just woke up and checked my email. Autotoys.com finally decided to respond to my email. Funny how that works when you tell them that Bank of America has pressed charges against them. They said that the reason my order status never changed was because they have a 3-5 business day processing period. Thats retarded because it's been almost two weeks. These people are lying out of their ***. My order has now officially been CANCELED. I will have my money back after the holiday. I advise anyone looking to do the Less Glare DIY to find another place to buy your parts. This place might eventually send you something, if you harass them enough. They are just a little bit shady for my liking.
