So last night my girlfriend was driving as I was playin w/ the stereo.

I have Diamond Audio M6 components up front and some 4-way Pioneers in the rear. The components are on a Kicker amp and the rears are off deck power.

I was playing w/ the bass and treble *****.

The treble would affect both front and rear the same. However the bass only seemed to affect the rears. Its adjustable on a freq (40/60/100/160) and can go from +/-6 .... No matter what I did it didn't affect the fronts as far as I could tell. I have no HPFs going anywhere except for the crossovers that came w/ the speakers. Does anyone know the particulars of the crossovers for these. I can't seem to find it in the website.

I can't imagine that the crossover on these is that high that even a +6 boost at 160Hz would not cause some sort of audible freq response change.

i'd email diamond about the technical info on the xover, a few times i had questions for them, i emailed them, next day, i had my answer, pretty quick response.
i looked at there site and i couldn't find anything, but your problem seems odd. i can adjust the bass gains on my HU all day, and my HEX's will react to the changes. i would high pass them though, atleast at 50hz, i can't imagine those speakers trying to play tho low notes under 50hz for long at all.
