Rear speaker rattling

I have a 2001 civic ex coupe and it has been about 2 years since I intially bought my car. It seems that in cold weather or when the bass is high in the particular song that is playing, the rear speakers grills rattle.
Does anyone have an easy solution for this problem? Do I just have to go in there and secure the grill down somehow?
Any input is appreciated...

have you put weather striping where the rear deck meets the window? that stopped that rattling for me.

I wouldn't want to apply anything that can be seen externally. I'm assuming the weather stripping can be seen from the outside?

nah the stripping cant be seen, because its covered by the black border of the window, i did the brake light area, that part doesnt show only because i have 5% tint on the window

That is the 3rd brake light. Trust me I took so much time getting it fixed. Take it to Honda and tell them the problem, they are too dumb to figure it out.
