infinity kappa perfect dvq????

Yah i was looking at crutchfield and ebay for an infinty sub...i have heard that the kappa perfects are intense subs. I stubbled across the dvq....now i have heard of dvc....but dvq???!!!??? After reading the write up on it, it sounds like a good sub. Does anyone have one of these or have they heard one of these? I want one 10 but i want it to sound fierce! Whats the word on this sub???

One of the guys i work with has 3 of the perfect 10 vq's, and they are definitly loud. they are vq because they have 2 different polepeice inserts that change the q of the sub.

Thanks for raining on my parade....just build ur own box they are not that expensive......as for the vq's??

IS there a difference between one 10 vq and the normal 10 kappa perfect???? is it jsut the polepiece...cause i thought that they were built out of a different material.

Either i go with 1 infinty kappa perfect dvq (or dvc) 10", or 2 kicker comp vr 10". Both would be powered by a 600or 700 watt kicker amp. What yall think.....ohh yah the rest of my car is infinty kappa all the way around.

the dvq is in fact an absolutely awesome subwoofer, it has recieved a TON of upgrades from the previous generations of infinity woofers

ill admit I did not get a chance to see the NEW non-Q woofers, but if infinity is on the ball like they usually are, then the non-Q 2003's are the same, minus Q control.

and the Q control concept, is absolutely freaking awesome. a 10 that has a .707 allignment in a .3 cube box? BUT can also have a .707 alignment in a 1 cube box? simply amazing.....

AND they are FACTORY spec'd to work WELL freeair! infinity did their homework on the new Q woofers, for sure!
