That Particular Kenwood Unite Dosent show up very good in the sun light it has a type of plexy display that dosent reflect light it obsorbses it, i would suggest the Eclipse 3402 it is a very good deck and has a great warranty, also it makes the sound clearer.

really? it makes the sound clearer? would you like to explain how this magically happens? honestly, with the proper install, you wouldnt be able to tell the difference between the 2 in sound unless youre running rainbow reference components off brax/helix amps

Rep Power: 0 I have it on my system, and it is freaking awesome, it is true though, you cant see it very well under direct sunlight but it is a price im willing to pay for the awesomeness of the deck and its beauty at night haha.

Rep Power: 329 i love the deck. has more controls than a lot of decks out there. but it is impossible to see in the sun. as you can see in the original picture, the buttons don't quite line up to the text on the screen, but after a month you get used to that.

Im Not saying the deck isnt any good its a great deck, i just prefer Rockford Fosgate or Eclipse, but Kenwood is awsome, if you got the money man go for it but be forwarned, it is very difficult to see and if you get the modle with the remote it tends not to work in daylight.
