Infinity Reference subs
Infinity Reference subs
How are these subs? My girlfriend's sister drives an Izuzu rodeo and was asking me about adding subs to her stock system so she could get more bass. I was considering these because I can get 2 10" subs for about $99 total and thought that was a good deal. Think these would sound alright with the stock system in an SUV like that 2000 rodeo?

The old ones are not very good but if you get the brand new ones (not for that price) they are much better, almost comparable to the old Perfect 12.1 The new ones can handle 1,200 watts max and are dual voice coilover instead of single like the old ones. In other words.....New ones = good and old ones = not as good ... I would get Alpine Type-R if your worried about money bud, they sound nice and are cheap

I forgot to tell you, you will want an aftermarket Headunit nomatter what subs you get because I don't know of any stock ones that come with a sub control, my friend made that mistake and the one sub he had overpowered everything no matter what he was listening to.
I have a stock headunit with an eclipse 12 inch sub powered with 300 watts, and it doesn't over power. Its all about how you set it up, and I have gotten lots of compliments on the quality of my sound system and people are always shocked I have the stock HU
