Angry HU Adjustment Premier deh640

Sup everyone,
I had an accident and when I had my car back, all my HU settings were gone.
Now the sound quality is terrible.. there are some frequencies too low and I cannot hear everything...
You know when you are pressing AUDIO for like 5 secs.. there are 4 bars with about 3 different frequencies for each one you can adjust from 2N to 2W I think.... can someone tell me their configuration because it's all mess up now...
I still have the stock speakers and tweeters... I have only added subs.

By the way.. I listen mostly to rap/house/jazz....

thanks for your help!

Because there are too many.. I don't know what is the difference between them... I adjust one a particular way and the other adjustment will adjust again the first one I made.. it is impossible for me to balance everything
