Question Voltage Question/Brake Light...

Ok, here is what I had in mind...

I have changed my Auto Shifter to look like a Manual one (bought the stock boot and trim from Honda) now I have the little light from the PRNDD3D2 doing nothing and just sitting covered up... ALSO I have a Stock Spoiler with the Brake light in it... Now what I am wondering is, how much volts is that little bulb/wiring from the Shifter location and also the voltage the Rear Brake Light in the Back WINDOW needs...

I would like to wire the Rear Brake Light in the Window to a switch that I can turn on and off should someone be tailgating me (please no cracks about going faster ) you know so they think I am slowing down, but I am going the same speed as they slow down...

I was thinking about wiring and splicing it to the Shifter Bulb (voltage being the factor) adding a swith and PRESTO... BUT if not this way, then where would I be able to hook the Rear Brake Light up to for a power supply???

to ANY positive source in the car really. fuse box, cig lighter, battery, anywhere... voltage is same throughout car, what changes is how big the current capacity of the stock fuse is
