L-Brackets with 5/8" Screws and pre-drill the holes. Otherwise some folks use bungee strap

if you don't want to drill into the box, you coule get some aluminum strapping, 1 inch wide, and length to size needed, bolt it to the floor on one side, run it over the box as tight as possible, and attach it to the floor on the other side. i did this in a jeep one time cause they aren't really hard to break into, especially in the summer when you have the rag top on. also, if you get ballsy and decide to run a screw through your box, you could run four through the bottom from the inside to the floor, and it wouldn't move, then simply put your sub back in, and it is concealled as well.

That's a way better idea. just use the same holes if you need to screw it in somewhere else.

What about Velcro? If you used the stuff you can get on a roll, it might work.
