Well one idea would be to wire your neons to your driving lights, but with a switch between that connection. With this you couldn't turn your neons on unless your driving lights are on, but you could turn the neons off whenever you want. Just make sure you have that neon switch on when you disarm/arm the alarm and it should work.

ok when i installed my alarm im pretty sure that our parking lights work on a negative switch meaning to turn them on the alarm sends negative Pulses to the lights connecting the circut for seconds at a time making them flash.... well just run a wire from the parking negative wire from your alarm... which ever is connected to the parking lights... i think mine was yellow and connect it to the negative of ur neons... then connect the positive to 12v and you should be set .... the neons will come on when ever you use ur hazards or the alarms sounds , arms or disarms... IMO though you need to wire a 3 way switch also so that you can not only have them connected to the parkinglights but control them ... turn them off... or leave them on. ya know.. just my 2 cents . but then again IMO neons are WHATEVER FLOATS UR BOAT THOUGH

Do it, I got mine wired to my security system and I have a remote switch for them also, plus one in my car, it works really well, I don't know how cause my shop did it for me, I am kinda a know nothing about installations....but try it anyways, it is worth it.
