How do I install a digital cap?

you would need ring terminals, just put positive and postive and negative on negative, cut the power wire crimp both end with a ring terminal and screw them in. and do the same thing for the ground, it that simple

put the postive (from battery) on the postivite and then put another postive wire (going to your amps) then take the negative to ground.
battery------(+)----amp

it doesnt matter how you hook it up, just before you make the final connection put a test light or a resistor between the final connection. i did it between the two posts in the fuse under my hood. you put the test light there so you can charge the cap without creating a huge spark. i dont know if your digital cap is the same as mine, but mine also had a remote connection that i hooked up to the cigarette lighter so the digital display only turned on when the stereo was in use.
