LCD monitor
Exactly what kind of monitor do you have? Most of them only need a 12 V source, Ground, and RCA Jacks. Connect the video RCA from your source to the LCD, ground the LCD on any metal part of the car connected to the frame, and run 12V from your batter to the monitor....
I would take the RCA's for the audio from and into your head unit. Most headunits have auxilairy adapters you can buy. I've bought my power inverters from ebay....so I probably didnt get a quality one.

Screens are easy.
1) if you dont already have an inline fuse, go buy one. 10amp will be fine.
2) wire the 10amp fuse to a constant or accessory lead, and wire the screens 12v lead to the other end of the fuse.
(this will prevent a surge to the screen and prevent it from being fried out)
3) ground out the negative lead from the screen to any ground wire or grounding point on the frame of your car.
4) run your a/v cables or s-video back to wherever you will install the video device.
5) clean up your work area. Install is complete.
Audio on player without aux input.
1) Buy any decent "digital" fm modulator. One with an on/off switch built in works better to cut out existing fm signals.
2) remove the antenna plug from the back of your headunit.
3) install the input plug from the modulator into your headunit, and install the vehicle antenna into the fm mod.
4) wire the positive lead from the mod. to a 12v. accessory lead. (constant lead is useless since your stereo wont operate without accessory on)
5) ground out the negative lead from the modulator.
6) run audio wires from your input device to the audio plugs on the modulator.
7) clean up your work area. Install is complete.
If you want basic install for any other devices, pm me.
