What Amp Kit?????

Hey everyone, I am thinking of doing all the wiring myself for my system, which consists of a 12" JL Audio 12w3 and an Alpine M300 amplifier. The only thing I really need now is the amplifier install kit. Now, I am not sure which amp kit I should get. I don't think all of them are the same, but is there certain things that I need to look for when buying the amplifier install kit? Please be specific, I want to get the one that will work best with what I am working with. I would really appreciate your help, Thanks!

I got mine off Ebay and it works fine. All you need is to make sure you have RCAs, the 8 gauge power cables, fuse holder, fuse, and connectors. most kits are the same. the rockford kits may have better looking rcas, but they're mostly the same.

What type of fuse do I need for the power wire? Also, what are these connectors that you are talking about? Do they connect the fuse to the rest of the wire or what?

[hr]What type of fuse do I need for the power wire?[hr]
depends on the fuse holder. look at crutch field or sumthin, or search from whereever your buying from. 30-40 amp fuse rating would be fine.

to connect the wire to the battery, to connect wire to the amp, and also for the amp ground wire. may come with some kitz...

you will need a fuse holder yes. put it inline near the battery, within 2 feet for sure. go look at circuit city to get an idea of what they look like, or again crutchfield.
