where si the headlight fuse??

i got some interior neons for xmas and i want to wire them up to the headlights, so obviously when the headlights come on so do the neons...i cant find the damn fuse though. anyone know where it is (manual doesnt say)????

In the under-hood fuse/relay box, fuse 15 is the left headlight and and fuse 17 is the right headlight.
