Weight of Subs???
does any one know the approximate weight of subs?
any type of subs....i just need an estimate weight
i'm not putting in subs if they weight more than 20lbs

subs weigh between 15 and 75 pounds each.. i guarantee you that you will not be able to tell a 40 pound difference in your car, and i also bet your car is slow as ish anyways...

If you want loghtweight and good..it's gonna cost you a ton.. Illusion audio ND 12's wighs under 6lbs because they use a neodynium magnet..as do 2 models of Planet audio subs...but a cube MDF box weighs about 20-30lbs anyhow..
Each and ever sub vary's. My 10" Brahma weighs 40lbs. My (3) 12" shiva's weigh a total of 40lbs. Big difference... Like mentioned above, I seriously doubt you will notice a difference with 50lbs. in the trunk. The enclosure alone will probably weigh more than the sub.
