Calling out Names!
I have to write this message because I feel that I have been wronged by the Zeb.com. I ordered a box from the Zeb, and they sent me the wrong size box (I know it is the wrong size box because I have another box that is supposed to be the same box that my GF ordered).
Anywayz, mistakes happen, so I am ok with that. However, mistakes are only cool when they are corrected! The box came with no packing slip, and no model number written on it, and they want me to prove that they sent me the wrong box!!!!!
Anyway, they are giving me the hardest time to return the box! I have to go home and give them all of the measurement of the box. They should just have me send the box back so that they can see that it is the wrong box.
It is amazing how that have treated me when I have called or contacted them. When I e-mail them they ask me 50 questions and say they will get back to me and when they do they ask me 50 more questions.
When I call them I can't finish one complete sentence without them talking over me and finishing my sentences incorrectly! They must all be clones of the same person, or they all went to the same bad business school.
They try to blame it on the distributor, and then they try to blame it on me? WTF??!!
Anyway, The ZEB SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I actually have had really good experiences with them in the past, but not this time...and they have been d**ks big time!
I was just bummed because i had recommended their site to people, and I feel stooopid for recommending them after the way I was treated...I should post all of the e-mails back and forth from them, and I wish I could post the phone calls.
Anyways I just needed to vent

i've ordered from thezeb before also and i have never ever had a problem. in the business world there are always times that mistakes happen, sometime more than others. I agree that you should be albe to just return the box to them and get a new box back, but for whatever reason the return policy that they have may be a little bit sub-par. Possibly because it's highly unusual that they ever DO have problems, therefor they don't have many previous experiences to reflect on how to correct the situation. I work in a restaurant chain as one of the managers, and i deal with customer complaints all the time, every situation is difficult, and there are times that i wish i could just say....look you are right, my cooks suck ***, they are lazy and iresponsible and if i was making your food it would have cam e out right but the cook is a lazy bum working here to make money to blow on crap, sorry please come back i beg you...but we can't do that, there are set standards of practice to solve problems that must be gone through first. Every situation is unique and different. Hopefully you'll get to the bottom of your problem and they'll fix it. I just don't think one bad experience should be enough for you to go out and tell the world thezeb sucks.....just my opinion......they have good deals and prices...isn't that whu you went to them first? A local shop would have charged you almost twice what you probably paid anyways....
