Madonna - Vogue rocks once it gets going .....
Something very very dynamic and kinda obscure is a CD by Yellow - Essential.
(actually got album of the year by some groups)
They did the theme from Ferris Beullers day off. The guys oice is just mad deep and stuff.

Peter Piper by Run DMC - Solid low bass note throughout the song. I saw their Greatest Hits cd at Wal-Mart and couldn't resist picking it up. DMC was very big (and played very often) when I was in high school.
The opening few seconds to What a Feeling by Irene Cara has some serious bass in it. Don't laugh. I was in a sound off back in '91 or '92 and that was the track they used to measure SPL.

DJ Laz- Sabrosura, Esa Morena
Prodigy-Mindfields hits pretty hard
and then there's MC Hammer

Blackstar-"Definition" and "Redefinition"
Nas-"Halftime"
AZ- "Sugar Hill"
Snoop Dogg -"Murder was the case"
Mobb Deep- "Drop a gem on em"
So many hip-hop songs, can't think of too many right now.
