Question on neon wiring
I have a neon light inside my sub-enclosure and I wanted to wire it to a switch at the front of the car. I'm not a complete electrical idiot but I also wanted to wire 2 neon lights under each of the front seats in my sedan to the same switch so when I flip the switch the neons inside the sub-enclosure and the neons under the seats all turn on.
What would be the best way to set this up? I'm sure for the neon coming from the sub I could just follow the DIY for the led washers but I'm confused on how to incorporate the neons under the seats into the same switch. . . any help or suggestions are appreciated. Well, for putting all the neone on one switch, the safest way would be to get a Distrobution block from the amp and then get a little power from that, then a relay to the switch then to all the neons from the relay.

there's seperate + and - inputs for the neons and subs on the sub-enclosure so that's not a problem.
I was going to run another power wire from the battery and run the lights seperately from the system.

Here is a diagram of how the basic wiring of a neon goes.
To add more neons just wire them into the switch as the first one
if you have trouble getting through the fire wall look under the dashboard on the passenger side, underthe carpet. there is a purple plug. pull it out and run your wire to the battery

I was just about to post that link and ask if i could just splice the 3 power wires (both seat neons and the subs) all into the ACC input. Then I could just use the ground distribution block I already got in my trunk. I'm pretty sure that would work.
Thanks for not flaming cuz' that guy in the other thread got flamed pretty bad for asking the same Q. lol
By the way, thanks for the location of where to put the power wire through cuz' I already got one hole plugged up with 4 guage wire and 2 smaller wires and didn't know where else to fit wire through the firewall.
