Is there any way to stop the trunk from rattling as much as it does?? The spoiler was shaking too....Too funny.
RAAMmat the trunk. That will help. Not sure what to do about the spoiler because I don't have one. Pretty much all you have to do is find the rattle and then be creative on how to stop it from moving around.

I use double stick tape....There is sooo much bass at least the liscence plate doesnt rattle now....
Toady I took off the plastic license plate holder that the dealer gives you and covered the back of my license plate with some RAAMmat. I also added 2 foam squares to the bottom of the license place. I am going to find some for the top so that the license place isn't lopsided, not that you can really tell though. I don't have subs yet, but I thought I might as well do it while I have the license plate off. hehe.
i covered the back of the plate with 100% rubber weatherstrip. on the whole plate. the plate doesnt rattle anymore. the spoiler is another problem. thats the only thing rattling now. my best guess is that its something to do with the wires inside the spoiler, cause it tightened thespoiler up all the way.
well if u have a trunk like mine i don't think the rattling will ever go away.... i brown breaded the entire trunk... used silicone to stop the lock latch thing from rattling... but brown bread behind the license plate (that didn't work, so i added 2 more screws to the bottom of the plate... that didn't work either and the plate is still rattling, the middle i guess so im gonna unscrew it and put a sponge like thing in there)... and my rear deck rattles like HELL, i gotta take care of that.

that 100% rubber weather strip is the stuff you want, sticky on one side, not on the other.
edit:
ahh just saw your ride your subs face up so you dont get too much rattle at the license plate. my box is about 1 ft away from the license plate facing it.

I used the double sided tape, and the liscence plate rattle is gone....Now it seems like my rear spoiler is going to shake and rattle itself off the car...Anyway to stop the rattle?

dynamat the trunk.. that stuff works. They also sell a liscense plate kit (about $12) that includes a neeto frame that says you've got better sound![hr]

We don't use Dynamat here. We use RAAMmat and Brown Bread. Just thought you would like to know.[hr]

we do?

just thought that was funny.
Brown Bread is about the same as RAAMmat, except a little more messy. Its cheaper for Canadians than RAAMmat because it is made in Canada and don't have to pay all of those import taxes and stuff.
I'm going to use Cascade. Not messy at all, lighter than Dynamat, and lasts a WHOLE lot longer. Just my $0.02
