noise blocker
will the noise blocker block all my disstortion? when i have my car on and i accelerate their is a ringing noise that goes along when i accelerate. i also get this weird ticking noise when i have my hu on. sometime it goes away though but sometime it never does. i don't know if it is the amp that is makeing that ticking noise. when i first got it there was no ticking noise, but someone touched the wireing and burned one channel and that is when the ticking noise started. it gets very annoying.

i have my power wire going down the middle of the two seat where the gears shift is at. my rca is also going down the same place but they are not touching each other. the power is to the left and the rca is to the right so they have like about 10 inches apart from each other. i tried my ground where mohawkboom had his but i mess up the thred where the bolt is suppose to go in so i have it on the side of the driver side trunk. i also sanded it down and used those wire things for the drill and drilled it down with those thing. if these are my problem what do you recommend me putting my power, rca wire, and ground?

Ground....anywhere man...it's kinda one of those things that you can do anything with just as long as the area is sanded down, and the wire is securly held down.
Do what Mohawk said...power wire down one side of the car, and the RCA's down the other side...You don't want to have it like the way you have it, both down the middle, even if they aren't touching eachother, you're jus asking for noise when you do it like that...

how do i run my power wire thru the driver side? i have a 4 gauge power wire and that wouldn't fit in the plastic molding on the side. do i have to go inside the carpet?
i got mine in just fine wiout taking them off. just like i can easily get my rear deck off without taking off teh sidepanels. its all about being able to wiggle your panels in jsut the right spot to clrea the clips

a Noise filter is not needed in our cars.... Which Hu are you running?..
Are your gains set properly. Did you run your RCA's down the drivers side Under the plastic panelling?. You can use the seat or passenger seat belt bolt as a ground. Both are sufficient for a 600watt system without sufferring any voltage drops...
Does the power wire at any point come within 12 inches of your RCA's?

i have a kenwood mp3 player (forgot the model number). my rca is ran down the passenger side and i just left the power wire where it was at in the middle. my rca does come within 12 inches from my power wire when they are near the amp only. by the seat belt bolt, you mean the back seat belt bolt not the front passenger seat belt bolt? can i just use any of the back seat belt bolt?
where do you have the Power coming through firewall, if you came in through the grommet int he passenger's footwell, then you' have to be crossing somewhere to get the power down the middle and the RCAs down the passenger. try separate them more. I have my power down the passenger and the rcas down the middle (i know, i should put it ont he driver's side, but i'm too lazy to re-do it, maybe when i install some new speakers) and I don't have any of those problems.
