Is 90watts RMS too much for door?

I’ve been looking through the forum and haven’t really found anything besides people talking about 20, 40, 60, etc. Other sites have said 75w. My components are rated for 90w RMS, so I wanted to know if anyone has set their gain voltage to match anything higher than 60~75w while using stock speaker wiring? Is 90w RMS too much for my 2001 EX?
