Head Unit Does Not Work

I recently plugged something into my DC input and it blew a fuse...or a circuit...or something, I can't find the problem but now my radio receiver does not power on.

I have checked the fuses and none of them are blown and have also replaced the fuse that powers that radio and the unit still doesn't power up.

Any suggestions?

"Back up" fuse in the engine compartment blown?

Disconnect all wires for illumination NOW, before you smoke the circuit board off the back of the gauge cluster.
