Intermittent high beams

2005 coupe ex special edition 1.7
Intermittent high beams they work when they want.
Dash indicator does not function when lights are not.
Functions when they are.
Ohm'ed the red/blue 1Ohm
Have source voltage power and ground at the connector
Wiggle tested all the lines
looked for points of chaffed/damaged wire

If I pull either 15/17 20a mini blade the side connected functions but no dash light indicator
Ohm'ed the relay's low side 90 ohms activates when powered for both
Leaning towards the multifunction switch.
I only have a basic digram and no specs just been shooting for under .5 Ohms and source voltage.

Re: Intermittent high beams

I would say look at what resistance, or voltage that pin4 (BLU/RED) is at when the problem occurs.

Near 0 ohms (lights off) & near 0 volts ( lights on) when grounding path complete and high beams working

Flash feature work ??
