Hazards work, Signals don't
Hey guys, 2003 Civic HX here.
Driving home the other night and noticed that my drivers turn signals weren't working. Proceeded to pull over and check it out. After looking at what I can in the dark I noticed some rubbed wires from the tire to the signal wires. (no idea how that happened). Drove home.
Next day, replaced the fuses that were blown from the exposed wires. Cut back the wires, soldered them and heat shrinked the new connections. Everything looks good now.
All wires connected, new bulbs and all good fuses in but no action from the turn signals. Hazards still work, but no blinks from either side.
Flasher/Hazard relay that's under the dash? Anyway to prove this before heading out to the Dealer?

Check
Fuse #5 in the engine compartment box
Fuse #19 in the dash box

You may have to take a $$ gamble on the flasher relay.
