Might sound stupid, but i'm actually confused

Can someone tell me the size if this mini light bulb in the headlight. I am asking about the one in that circular house.

I even wanted to change these to a rather powerful XENON Mini Bulbs. Is it possible ?

I bought the below, but - these are not Xenon & looks bigger than what i see right now on the car...

That says its a 168 or 7443 bulb. So assuming the ST is for silverstar and not a different size then it should be ok.
