Vent controls dont work

Vent controls dont work
Ok, just as the title says. My vent controls do not work. Right now they are stuck on the face vent and will not change to any other setting. Ive checked the #14 fuse under steering column and it was good. Is there any thing else that could be causing this?

You have an actuator that moves linkages, and a dash controller that powers the actuator.
Any part of it can be a problem.
You will need to do some investigation and logical thinking to figure it out.
Does the actuator move?
Is the linkage binding?
Is the control unit trying to power the actuator?
Then some testing to determine WHY.
A wiring diagram, a voltmeter, a service manual.....
Or play swaptronics if you have another car to rob parts from.
Any part of it can be a problem.
