01 civic gas meter problem

01 civic gas meter problem

When I fill the tank up its fine but when it gets to a quarter of gas left it drops down sometimes but when I start my car the next day it goes farther up...is it the sensor?

I think there is a TSB on this problem. My gauge does this too, it's anoying but not enough to fix. I can't remember if it's the gauge or sending unit. Check through the TSB's.

Mine does the ALL THE TIME.... I go by mileage so it doesnt bother me too much... 98% of the time it goes where it needs to go
