The wiring diagram shows them all to be LEDs. Each LED has its own resistor.
The parts catalog does not show any of the lights as separate.
P, R, and N are controlled by the trans range sensor.
D, D3, and 2 and controlled by the PCM.
May take a little investigating with a DVOM, and maybe a scanner.
If what I see in the diagrams is true, then if any of the LEDs are bad, you would be buying a new cluster if you can't solder in new LEDs.
