'03 Civic EX stereo install problems
I installed a new stereo in my friend's '03 Civic EX. Followed the wiring diagram correctly, soldered the wiring harness right, but the new stereo will not turn on. And now the old stereo won't turn on either.
I thought a fuse may have blown but I couldn't find a fuse that would be for the stereo.
Any ideas?

Fuse #9, 10A engine compartment fusebox, B+ at all times.
Fuse #8, 7.5A, dash fusebox, B+ in ACC and RUN
Anything else is going to require testing powers and grounds at the radio harness connector(s).
