Do I have bad RCA's? (little long)

ok here's the deal... i can't seem to get the tweeter interference out of my front right tweeter. i can switch the RCAs around and move the buzz left to right, i can even switch them around and move the buzz. i'm pretty sure it is from the RCAs touching the power wires such as the cig lighter and behind head unit. i've tried my best to seperate them, i have them run under the carpet right next to center counsel down the center. should i put loom around them behind the head unit and by the cig lighter or should i upgrade RCA's. I have brand new Interlink Junior (monster cable) i have 2 of them running to a 4 channel amp. maybe i should upgrade to the red Interlink which is wound around itself instead of 2 seperate wires w/a wire in the middle? anyway, any help would be great. other than that system is coming along nicely. I'm starting to learn that w/car audio it's always something!

If you're going to upgrade I would highly suggest getting the Monster Cable Interlink XLN's. I didn't think RCA's could make a big difference, but these really do. No matter what anyone tells you! RCA's are not all equal. I had noise running through all of my speakers. Got a ground loop isolater. Didn't work. Spent the 70 bills and got the XLN's, no noise. I am very satisfied with them. If you can't figure out where the noise is coming from I would upgrade.

I installed my kappa components two weeks ago and i had the SAME problem. I was finally able to get rid of it by jiggling the cables behind the stereo itself, where they connect to the stereo. they were touching the metal the stereo is mounted on, the more I moved them around i could hear a difference, once the noise stopped, I closed everything up and havent had the problem since!!!! I went through the whole ordeal.... I reran ALL the wiring in my car....TWICE, but all it needed was for me to jiggle some friggin wires!! Try it.

And yes, they were the Monster Cable RCAs, the good ones.

that's why I put electrical tape around my RCAs, so that nothing could touch them.

What he said... also it could be the ground wire is snapped somewhere in your RCA and it's not cancelling noise like it should be doing.
