gauge swap ?

does anybody know if the pin layout is different for these gauges than the 01 or 02 gauges for non si models?

Yes, it can be re-pinned to use in an 01-02 em2/es2, you also need to make a filler piece to fit around the cluster because it is a different shape.

does anybody have the layout for where the pins should go? also what would you make a filler out of?

does anybody know if there is any difference between auto/manual clusters other than the obvious one that the autos have the gear indicator??
