i have replaced my steering wheel and rebuild my dash to house speakers, now with no airbags my airbag dude is on all the time when i drive.. how do i shut him off and let him go back to sleep! its really annoying while i drive..

Well its doing it job so unless there a way to trick the srs unit the only other way is taking the bulb out if there is a bulb cuase it may be led I dont know.

Edit. Oh and I think I would never replace a air bag for some speakers but thats just me.

The SRS computer knows the airbag is there because it has resistance. Solder in a resistor to fool the computer.

Yes, it will work. This is an old rebuilders' trick.

Its true, it's doing its job. I say just pull the bulb out and it wont bug you.

do u have LEDs for your cluster? or older style bulbs w/ leds?? If you have bulbs/leds then here....read my temporary SRS fix DIY if u want (:
