how to sound like you know what your doing
to sound intelligent here and make everyone think you know everything about caraudio:
#1 make realy long responses, preferably all clumped together, using run on sentences and no indentation. noone will want to take the time to read it.
#2 throw in a TON of buzz words, stuff like SPL, SQ, T/S Parameters, Ql, Qtc, Xmax, cubes, "ported to (insert number here) Hz", "has rather large peak", frequency response, imaging, staging, cancellation, the list goes on forever!
#3 always speak as if you have actually heard the product in person. If you can fake having hands on experience, then this is better.
#4 always be sure to drop a name, one of the big boys that has been in the scene for decades. Richard Clark is a real good one, cause its so recognizable.
#5 try to leave no room for dispute, so that anyone who cares enough to actually respond against you will have a %^&$* of a time doing it, cause theres just so much to say and do.
#6 always make sure you are talking to someone who knows less than you are appearing to say, and if they are the kind of ppl who have worship attatchments to forum guru's, all teh better. who knows, maybe they will make you one.
