Re: Headlights/Radio/Memory?!?!?!?!?

Shutting off the car and losing memory means the continuous power wire is probably not hooked up right.
Not sure about the other stuff. I know many companies wired up a lot of things through the audio harness. Not sure about Hondas.

Re: Headlights/Radio/Memory?!?!?!?!?

i can try and dig up the oem radio wires and what they do. then you can match them to the radio's harness wires (should be in the manual that came with the radio).

Re: Headlights/Radio/Memory?!?!?!?!?

was i supposed to run a hot wire to the battery ? Is that why the radio keeps reseting on me when i turn the car off? I dont understand beacuse i hooked the radio up right.. Its weird tho because when i turn my headlights off the headunit turns off and when i turn the headlights back on the radio comes back on... LOL....

Re: Headlights/Radio/Memory?!?!?!?!?

you need to have a constant power direct to the battery (with fuse) and also the ignition wire to trigger the radio on and off (not to power the stereo). it sounds like you hooked the power up to the headlight wire or something. just try again with the wiring.

Re: Headlights/Radio/Memory?!?!?!?!?

did you try to match the stock color wires to the aftermarket wires? if so, that doesn't work. if you had a stock radio, and put an aftermarket in, used an adapter harness, there shouldn't be a need to run a wire to the battery. the stock harness has a constant and a switched ignition power in it.

" AND MY REMOTE LOCK WONT WORK "

Check the "back up" fuse in under hood box.
