You splice into the green wire with yellow stripe

ok thx, I'll try it today .

There you have it better than me, here in Germany it is only 1300 EM2, here there is very little tuning for the em2 ....
and if you want to buy something, ask the sellers unrealistic prices for shipping ....

the LED lights from 2800 rpm to torque limiters, they would not go out before ? or normal ?

It's normal, VTEC kicks in around 2750 rpm

engine speed, yes. road speed, no. it only matters what RPM.
