Tail light problem

I have a 2003 Honda Civic and both tail light went out at the same time. The brake light work perfectly. I check both the interior and exterior fuse panel but I can't locate the fuse for the tail lights. Can anyone help?

did you check the bulbs? just the one filament in each could be burned out. yes, it is possible they both blew at the same time. same thing can happen with headlights. both can go at the same time. people will swear a fuse has to be blown, but it's just bad bulbs.
