Radio Removal on Civic Automatic
Radio Removal on Civic Automatic
Hi everyone im new to the forum so would like to say a big hello to all members
Anyway my name is Tom and i live in Ayrshire Scotland.
I've got a Honda Civic 1.6SE Executive 2001 5 door automatic and would like to swap factory Radio/CD Player for a Sony Head unit that comes with in build Bluetooth etc, problem is that i can find information with regards to removing one from a manual car but as yet can't find anything for removal from the Automatic model any help would be much appreciated, thanks again Tom

Re: Radio Removal on Civic Automatic
On my 05 US model there were 2 rectangle trims nearest the shift lever, they lifted up one at a time after prying with fingers, then a larger plastic panel below them that came up. Then the 2 screws are revealed for side trim and lower center panel.
