every time i accelerate to about 4k rpm the car jerks like loss of power for a second then it will fry the ecu causing the tach and the temp gauge to quit working. the first time i took it to honda they said it was the alternator so i replaced the alternator and its keeps doing it ive been through four ecus i was wondering if anybody could help

check the alternator ground. if its not properly secured, it will fry the ecu and other electronics.
