headlights/wiring harness

I bought Nokya 7k arctic white stage 2 (80w) halogens for my 02' civic. now in the user manual it says that the stock wiring harness is 60w for hi and 55w for low beams. i bought aftermarket halo projectors that uses H1 bulbs for both hi and low beams. i was wondering if i would HAVE to buy a upgraded wiring harness for them and what typw i would have to buy

Re: headlights/wiring harness

yes, you need a relay harness. 80w will melt the stock wires. trust me, i've done it before.

Re: headlights/wiring harness
