Buzzing noise when driving lights are on sometimes
Over the past year my 2001 Civic has be making a very intermittent buzzing noise initially then goes away after the car has been running for a while. I have asked the technicians at my dealership about this but it never seems to be doing this when they are working on the car. Any suggestions as to what might be making this phantom noise and how to get rid of it?

I'm assuming it is a Canadian model with DRL ??
This has been covered on this board quite a bit, You need to locate the DRL control unit and touch up the solder connections.
