ok i know this has been asked before but how do u remove the radio on 03 civic....now it is an auto...my girls...if it was stick i already know how to take off the center console to getto the bolts that hold the radio in. the stick unscrews but im lost on how to take out the auto shifter....i read on here by sum master electrican or sumthig a second way to remove the bolts is the one by removig the fuse cover under steering wheel n then takeing glovebox stoppers out n gettig that one....well took glovebox n cood not find the other one.can sum describe in detail were its at or better yet a pix....i need Tat or how to remove auto shifter...thanks for helpping

The bezel trim around the auto shifter are just pressed into place (2 of them)

The 2 screws holding the audio/hvac pod in place are behind the 12volt outlet panel.

i know the two screws behind the outlet but sumone mentioned another way....but watever..ok so the auto shifter comes out by those big silver tabs two of them top n bottom.....cuz i can take off the black trim around the shifter

You don't have to pull the silver part. You pull the oval shaped bezel then the larger panel just below it. That will reveal 2 screws that will release the 12volt outlet panel (still held in place by clips)unclip and remove it to access screws for headunit removal.

ok cool sounds do able...gnna try wed on my day off...wrk nights n doin 11 straght days....ill let u kno if i can get ths raDio out....too many things to take out sucky radio
