new stereo, wiring?
Im just getting ready to put a new cd deck into my 05 coupe, I bought the wiring harness and started matching up and joining the wires to the harness that came with the stereo, all matched up well except for i have a blue wire and an orange wire left, what are these for?

The orange one is your dimmer wire, DO NOT HOOK IT UP ... it will mess your car up.
The blue one is your power antenna wire... hook it up because in coupes you will get shitty radio signal without it.
Where is your illuminator wire??? it should not be connected either, because it will screw up your car.
ALSO, there should have been instructions with your harness... Telling you what each wire is. This is very important to have, that way you can be 100% sure that you are not conneting the dimmer and illuminator wires.

what color is the illumination wire? im going to get some pics to help out a bit...
and there's no blue wire for the power antenna coming from the harness that came in the stereo package to connect with the adapter harness wiring, what do i do with that?

okay found the wiring diagram, the orange wire says that it is for the illumination and dimmer, so i dont have this connected. i also found the power antanna wire so i have that one connected. I'll see how everything goes.
