My cigarette lighter is stuck
I just got a 02 EX last week but I can't get the cigarette lighter out. Is there a special technique of getting it out? Or how can I get it unstuck?
I tried pulling it but I'm worried about ripping out the whole assembly.

Are you talking about the 12volt socket mounted into the bezel ??
They are super tight, imo you would most likely break or damage the bezel or the socket getting it out.
