stealth stereo install

I pulled up the rear seat yesterday, too bad there's no room to mount an amp under there.

Anyone have a hidden amp install? Post up some pics!

My last car was a mk3 jetta, more than enough room under the rear seat bottom to hold a few amps lol. As well as good grounds since thats where the a/t computer would have been located.

Well, if your not worried about it overheating you can mount it to the back seat. The entire fabric backing of the back seat comes undone with a zipper. You can put a few fence boards(thats what i used) behind there and screw the amp right to it... and then cover it back up with the fabric! I mounted mine that way except i kept it outside so the amp can keep cool. I can take a picture of mine if you want and you can kind of use it as a reference.
