Does it happen when you rev your engine, too?

Possibly because your HU is sending subsonic noise every time you press the skip button..Alot of lower end Alpine hu's and Kenwoods do this...

Well Mohawk you strike again I have a lower end Kenwood I just installed not too long ago and that must be the trouble. Anything I can do to stop it besides a new player? Is it bad for my amp or sub? Thanks!

It's not bad..it's just sending a little clipped wave .. if you can put up with it it's up to you..otherwise a New hu is the only solution..or turn the volume down every time you skip tracks..

Without changing the cicuitry in the HU..they can't fix it..the HU's sending a signal throught the RCA cables..quick fix..disconnect RCA's skip track..plug them back in ..
