I was putting some new LED's in the trunk earlier and I accidentally mixed up the positive and the negative, and it sparked and smoked a little bit. Now the dome light and the map lights wont come on. Those are the only thing that won't come on though. Any suggestions?

yea check your fuses, and in the future, anytime you work on electrical components in your car, unplug the neg. terminal to your battery just to be safe
