turn signal wont work only buzzing sounds

well i just did a mod on the car and i noticed that the turn signal doesnt work. i only hear a buzzing sound when i turn on the left or right turn signal. i am checking the fuses to see if any fuses are blown. not sure which fuses might be but so far nothing seems blown. does anyone else know what might be wrong?

Re: turn signal wont work only buzzing sounds

Here are some example questions that would be helpful to have answers to:

What mod did you do to the car? (already covered)
Where were you working, underhood or steering column area? Somewhere else?
Were you replacing any specific bulbs?
What's going on with the buzzing? (also covered)
Do the turn signal markers on the gauge cluster blink with the switch?
Positive none of the exterior lights are blinking?
Do the parking lights turn on (first and second click of the headlight switch)?
Anything else going on that you may not have noticed? Make sure to check everything.

If you can answer about half of this we can probably get it figured out.
