04 ex cluster into an 02 ex
04 ex cluster into an 02 ex
i searched and it said this was a direct swap. if not what do i need to do it wire it up? i know the green plug wont reach. i need the pinouts for both plugs.

why are u saying it' going to be locked. i have a legit queston.
are the EX clusters plug and play? evreyone says there diffrent than the others and the others u have to rewire. i'm confused now.
oh and i DO NOT want to de-pin my existing harness. i'd rather make a adapter for the new cluster.

you need to rewire it. if you dont want to repin the connectors, find a junkyard, cut off the harness wires, and have fun splicing.

its not gunna work man. the connections on the top of the cluster are differnt in an 04 thne in an 02. i put an 01 ex cluster in my 02 DX, cuz it had the tach, and everything just plugged in and worked
